All goods sold at are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

However, if you have received any incorrect item, you may contact us and return the items for a full refund within:

  • 7 days of receipt for our local customers.
  • 14 days of receipt for our International customers.

Returns/Exchanges of incorrect item: The item must be brand new, unused and accompanied by the original packaging and receipt. This policy is not applicable to any bike sold by Mighty Velo Pte Ltd.

Due to the high incidence of fraud, we regret that we are unable to offer any refund without a valid receipt and invoice. 

Shipping: To return your product for a refund with a valid receipt, you will mail your product to: Mighty Velo Pte Ltd, 30 Tai Seng Street, BreadTalk IHQ #02-14, S534013.

You will bear your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach us may vary.

If you are shipping an item over S$75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Buyer will bear all domestic bank charges and exchange rates difference.

Sale or clearance items cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded. All refund request will be subjected to a case by case approval basis. We reserve our rights to reject any refund claims requested.
