What is the warranty of the product?
The warranty of a product will be indicated on the product page.
What are the delivery charges? (within Singapore)
Standard $35 delivery fee apply for all bicycles.
For bike accessories, $180 and below there will be a $15 delivery fee.
How long does it take to deliver?(within Singapore)
For bike it will take us around 14 working days to deliver. For bike accessories 6 to 8 working days to deliver.
How long does it take to deliver? (International Orders)
For oversea bike orders it will take us around 14 working days to build. Shipping will take around 4 to 7 working days.
Can I extend my warranty?
No warranty can be extended.
You will be responsible for paying any custom duties and taxes.
If an incorrect shipping address is provided and/or delivery fails, what happens?
In the event that an incorrect shipping address is provided or an unsuccessful delivery after the first delivery attempt and the order is returned to MV, you can visit us at the store to collect your parcel. Alternatively, for local orders, we can arrange to resend your order and you will need to pay S$7 for small items and $20 for bulkier items.
