This offer is exclusively for the original owners of bicycles purchased directly from Mighty Velo or our authorized channels within the last 20 years.

We can verify your ownership through our internal sales database. It helps if you have your original receipt, but if not, our team can look up your record using your name, contact number, or the bike’s serial number.

Any brand we have officially sold and distributed since 2006. This includes (but is not limited to) Birdy, CarryMe, Reach, IF Move, and Iruka.

The bike should be "complete" (i.e., having a frame, wheels, and drivetrain), but we accept wear and tear consistent with its age. If the bike has significant frame damage or is missing major components, please contact us for a pre-assessment.

Due to the need for physical inspection and verification, all trade-ins must be completed in person at our Experience Store.
